PGAP was developed by the University Centre for Research on Pain and Disability, Halifax, Nova Scotia. This program is unique, because it enables people to gradually overcome their disability and resume activities they once enjoyed. Consequently, participants will be able to improve their quality of life.
An initial assessment will determine if you are a suitable candidate for this program. Sonja will work with you step by step to resume normal activities and make a plan to achieve your goals.
PGAP is evidence based and tailored to meet rehabilitation needs of individuals who are struggling to overcome the challenges associated with health conditions.
